Ilianna Rossetti MS, CNS, ABAAHP
Ilianna is a double board-certified Functional Nutritionist. She holds an MS in clinical nutrition, and state license as “Dietician/Nutritionist.” Her primary focus is to “inspire, educate, and empower” patients in balancing their health. Her work includes medical nutrition, mindful eating, functional medicine, body awareness, and clean environment- these bridge the gap between inflammation and an enriched life in health. A true example of lifestyle medicine at its finest.
After receiving her M.S. and state license, Ilianna became nationally certified by the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (BCNS).
(2008- 2011) She worked alongside the medical director at the school of Integrative Manual Therapy, CT. There she practiced manual therapy, and dedicated studies to the relationship between the body and how it is influenced by the environment. A dynamic and responsive system.
In 2012 Ilianna founded Nutritional Artistry. Bringing together mindful eating, connection with the body, functional medicine, and embracing joy for sustainable healing.
In 2013 Ilianna began patient care at the Fertility Centers of New England. There she continues her work today— specializing in fertility, pre/post-natal care, PCOS, hormone balance, weight-loss, and correcting BMI for successful IVF.
Since 2014, Ilianna has been part of the concierge medicine team at Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine in Hampton, NH. She is focused on weight-loss, auto-immune disorders, longevity nutrition, and anti-aging medicine.
In more recent years she studied with the A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine). There she delved further into longevity nutrition, hormone therapies, and advances in women’s health. Through A4M she received her 2nd board certification in anti-aging medicine (ABAAHP) American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioner.
She works privately with a population of professional athletes in Florida. Her with all patients is on lowering inflammation, improving digestion, and performance.
Nutritional Artistry has become a culmination of all her work and studies. She is a leading expert in integrative health.
Dr. Tara J. Delle Chiaie DNP, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN, ABAAHP

Tara has been in medicine since 2002 as a Registered Nurse. In 2011 she graduated from the accelerated program at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and immediately became nationally recognized through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. She is also Board Certified in Anti-Aging Medicine by the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine.She is the owner of Delle Chiaie Concierge Medicine.She has been teaching nursing and medicine for almost 15 years. Sharing her knowledge and helping others define their talent.Tara’s most recent accomplishment is the publication of her book; Essentials of Neuromodulation.It is the first in a 3-part series setting industry standards in cosmetic injectables.
Joseph A. Hill III M.D

Before joining the Fertility Centers of New England, Dr. Hill served in academic medicine for over 17 years and was the Director of Reproductive Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, and an Associate Professor in Ob-Gyn and Reproductive Biology at Harvard Medical School.
